Really, have you played it? It seemed as if it was shaping up fairly well. They were following the book pretty closely, right? How is it bad?

the Hobbit?

well, if you are a mad weirdo that lives their life in the shadow of JR Tolkien and you need a true and authentic game.. and your not bothered about graphics and playability... then this is the one for you.

other wise, if you want a game you can play and have fun.. avoid!

The Hobbit = looks like crap gameplay-wise and graphic-wise.

God. You've barely been 'in the industry' (for lack of better term) and you're already falling for PR bullshit.

Damn shame. You have my deepest sympathy.

Na, I do my research a bit. I read the book and I just thought it would be a pretty cool concept.

BTW, half the games PR's e-mail me about are trash... Hell I mihgt go out on the limb and say 80%

Games like the Hobbit and others are always written up to be decent games. Then when it comes time for the final verdict. Everybody and there brother will be writing about how bad the game sucks.

As for freedom fighters, i'll have to give it a try, basically because i'm a big fan of the himtan series.

How about 90%?

The PS2 sees nearly 250 game releases every year. Of those 250, only about 20-30 are actually worth your time.

Yea, but look at it from my perspetive... You see five times more games then i do... So of course you will see alot more insanely bad games. Don't judge a game by its PR
