Ability to swim has to be number one. I can't remember the number of times I've tried to get in or out of a boat and ended up drowning.

I would like to see more of a reason to keep playing the game after actually completing it. I know you can just wander round killing people and stealing cars but even that gets boring after a while. Looking at j.t's suggestion:

Even after you've completed tyhe game, your beeper or a particular pay phone provides you with targets which you have to assassinate. I'm sure that they could write it into the game so that there is almost an infinite number of these missions..

that's where i was going with the multiple cities...i mean they could make like a 2 disc game....with two cities on each disc...so it's like....Grand Theft Auto: Road Trip.........
