Buddy System
The buddy system is very easy. In the Playonline Navigator, there should be a communications option. When you go in there, you can go to mail, or check your friends list. I believe that when you go to your friend list, you can search for a friend. You can search for either
A) Account Name or B) Character Name. After that, you send a request to get added, which is an option that comes up.
