A CONFIRMED release date for the GBA SP?!?!?!?

Ok, I'm still not sure when exactly the GBA SP is coming out. I know it's coming on the 22nd of March in Canada, but the U.S. release date still seems somewhat iffy. I've seen most places say it's the 23rd in the U.S., but then I see an article over at IGN:

and it says the U.S. release date is March 21st.........what the heck?!?!?!? Does anybody know FOR SURE when it comes out?

People. You need to get your "shipment" date and "release" dates in order.

I thought there has already been several comfirmed release dates. There taking preorders in my area but I'm undecided about getting one right now, since I don't travel very much. However, it would be nice to play a new travel system where the batteries will last me longer than the Sega Nomad's.

Arnold, I am aware of shipment and release dates, that is why I looked all over for the correct RELEASE date. But in that IGN article I posted, it says,

"The Game Boy Advance SP will be available in the US on March 21st for a MSRP of $99.99."

The way I look at it, 'available' implies that you can go to the store and buy it, which means that the 21st IS the 'release' date. Or am I completely wrong?

I'd rather not take anything of IGNs to account. Both EB and GameStop have it listed as the 23rd.

It's shipping on the 21st, but probably won't be here until the 22nd, at the earliest.
