OK so who else has this game for the PS2?? I picked it up at the weekend and it seems pretty tight. So far after a couple of hours I am enjoying it. I must admit though I have always enjoyed ID games from Wolfenstein/Doom etc so I thought it would be a natural progression to get this. I have heard some people who really dislike it on the PS2 but apparently it has extra levels in it compared to its PC counterpart. Just wondered what you guys thought about it.......

yep... im playing it, or rather my other half is...

very good game, though collision from bullet to head is wank, but hey... all it takes is to run off a few from your MP40 and they're dead as a door nails.

but saying that, once you have the sniper rifle head shots are a breeze.

textures are a lil dull.. but its the setting thats a lil dull rather than the graphics if you get my drift.

I have played the PC game, and I swear its totally different for about the first bit of the game. in the PC version (please correct me if im wrong) you start off in prison.. yet on the PS2 version you have a whole section before you're captured.

ok, theres no online, and I know that Xbox luvers have been banging on about how great this is online.. im sure it is. but im not bothered.

its pretty good, and will keep me going until I can get XIII.... or Judge dread... or one of the other good FPS's that are coming out.

On the second episode....In castle wolfenstein escaping from the dungeons....The first episode was pretty cool although I didn't get all the secrets! Will have to replay it to get all that. Problem is now that I got socom yesterday and it pretty much tied me up all last night

Penny (me other half.. ) wont settle for completing the level without all the secrets and gold...
fairly frustrating, as we had to resort to using a guide for the secret areas in the end, as some are so obscure, its madness.

good game though, very solid.

Dont use guides man!!!! The funniest thing is creeping up behind and knifing the crap outta them!!! Makes me grin everytime

we only used the guides when you have one secret to find and you've completed the level over an hour ago.. and you cant progress because theres a bookcase somewhere you havent tried.. or more to the fact that you have tried it, but the first time it didnt register, or you didnt get a hand sign come up.

knife attacks I find are a lil hard, as you try to be stealthy, only we wake up the whole town with sloppy knife work.. not very good with the knife, need more practice...

The knife attack is pretty good but difficult to get used too. I gave up on it after a while coz creeping up behind people is boring.....Long range shot to the back of the head is much more fun!!

I picked it up a few weeks ago, but I got it on the Xbox because of the live support. It's a very good game IMO. Single and Multi player.

its a shame its not online on the PS2, but hey... like you say its good in single as well as in multiplayer.

I played it online on the PC, and I didnt like it much, but I can imagine its a lot better playing it on the Xbox.
