Frosty's Chocolate Starfish. I think I've seen that on a menu before.

Okay, before this thread, I had no idea what 'brown eye' meant. Thanks for robbing me of my innocence, *******s.

For the record, I wouldn't mind if the forum infrastructure was mostly determined by those who frequent it. That only makes sense to me, and I'm sure Beamboom will be open to suggestions and will be more than willing to try to implement reasonable ideas.

A few things I really need to clarify-

1. There is nobody on the main site that takes what I say as gospel and just does what I say like a mindless drone. That stereotype is incorrect (and highly insulting to the readers) and only adds to the perception that everyone in the forums has a massive superiority complex. This "keeping it real" notion is nothing more than giant egos run amok, and the "inside jokes" are only prohibitive and as they're all at the expense of me and PSXE, any site regulars would balk at coming in here.

That's all fact, whether anybody here chooses to believe it or not.

2. I can't recall the last time I was even in the forums, besides saying what I'm currently playing in that general thread. In fact, I don't remember talking to or arguing with anyone on any subject in the forums in the past two or three years. So the idea that I somehow create any drama at all is also incorrect. I only respond when, as is the case in this thread, the forum members decide to take their little potshots, pretend they didn't actually do anything, and then act all put-upon.

As I said, if anyone really wanted me to take notice and try to work on the forum, they would've PMed me or emailed me. Nobody really wanted that; they just wanted to do what they always do, which is attack me or PSXE in their thinly veiled way. And even despite all that, I'm still perfectly willing to accept responsibility for the outdated nature of the forums, because I put the site above the pettiness seen here in the forums.

3. I have no control over how site regulars perceive forum members. Nor do I want to have any control. They see what they see, which in the past has included Shak flipping out and acting like a complete di** in the comments. They see clear dissension and it looks for all the world as if they're zero respect for PSXE, as if the only reason all these forum members are hanging around is to have their own private little "poke fun at the site" club. Why on earth frequent readers who actually appreciate the work that's done at this site would want to come in here is beyond me. And beyond them.

Now, I am locking this thread because everything is said that needs to be said, and I'm fairly certain there will be nothing constructive posted from here on out. If you do have something constructive to suggest, I will point you in Beamboom's direction. You may certainly contact me with legitimate ideas as well, and I can forward them to Beamboom if I think they're feasible.

If you actually want to change the climate around here, I leave that to you.
