I don't think there's any reason to buy Blu-Ray movies unless you have HD, and I don't have HD yet. I do have the PS3, but movies are a distant second to me in terms of priority with that machine.

I just like having the PS3 because it can play both DVDs and Blu-Ray, and as far as I know, it's the ONLY Blu-Ray player that can do that right now. Maybe I'm wrong about this, but if not, it's a huge benefit, IMO. So if Blu-Ray wins, I can leisurely make the conversion while always being able to watch my old DVDs. And if HD-DVD wins, I have the 360, too.

So personally, I really don't care who "wins." I wouldn't mind if both just managed to co-exist.
