I don't have a PS3 (not until some more games come out, maybe late 2007 or even 2008) I'm not taking the jump still into Blu or HD-DVD. Since I have a 360, I could get the HD-DVD player (a techy question for the peeps, does it upscale reg dvds into a higer res?)

Since I don't own a HDTV at the moment is the main reason I'm not jumping in. Once I do get a HDTV (1080p and all the goodies such as HDMI ports and such) Imight consider it. A stand alone up converter DVD to HD might be an option (Or if the have a HD-DVD upscaler packed in)

The main reason also is that many other people in the forums, I have built up a massive DVD collection and to see a new format take over is I won't buy the same DVD again to replace one I already have just to see it alittle better (Such as Total Recall, wtf, does it really look better than the re-mastered version in that sweet tin box?)

When I do get a PS3, I'll only be buying games for it, not Blu movies. As a storage media, it's freaking sweet! But, since alot of companies are still getting into the door to provide dual layer DVD discs to be burned on, I'll keep my DVDs and my DVD-R+R going. lol
