need to read up more about it, but I think if you connect to the store via your pc/psp (again im not sure) i think you can pay and download it from there. probably a lot easier via the PS3, but again.. I have a wee feeling that you can do this without a ps3.
i think it would be foolish of Sony to ONLY make this available to PS3 owners.. if it was a free service, then fair enough. but im sure we have to pay for the PS1 games.
