I thought those d-pads came free only for pre-orders, but did see another article later saying they were selling them separate on Capcom's site. From what I heard it GREATLY improves the pads range and makes moves a lot easier to pull off.
The game looks great but I think Capcom dropped the ball without including Infrastructure. To think of it, none of Capcom's PSP games have Infrastructure, even Monster Hunter is missing it, something I really hope they add before the U.S. version ships.
MM Powered Up has that map editor, and you can upload your maps to Capcom's site and download others but come on, Street Fighter could have been a 100 times better with it.
