You have to convert the file to mpeg4, it has to be named a specific way, and it has to be in a specific folder. I'd head over to the forums at Gaming-Age.com and do a search for the "official PSP video encoding thread" and you will get all your answers. it's not super easy just yet though. Takes some time.
