You just keep pressing the triangle button and keep diving away and toward him, and he will keep trying to punch you. After awhile he will get short winded and heap over beathing. When he does this go behind him and do the a grab. then it will say to press 2 buttons really fast, kinda like what u do in the prision level. Repeat and eventually u will kill him.
