I thought that was weird enough but then I tried to get into it through c and I followed were I went in dreamweaver (C Documents and Settings\Jamie\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\SDQNWHEV) but when I'm in Jamie it doesn't have local settings...and I can't find the folder again...is this normal?

Like shirt said it's a hidden file. This folder is hidden for every user you have. It is there for your history. In other words when you click history button on IE.
You can remove all that content by clearing up that folder by doing this:
Start->Control Panel->Internet Options->Delete Files (Where it says Temporary Internet Files)
Also click the Clear History Button.
Now it should all be deleted, but with any luck sometimes Windows becomes gay because of the settings you have and may not delete everything or anything. Then you would physically have to go into the folder and delete it all and to do that you would have to uncover the hidden file by doing this:
Tools->Folder Options->View->Put a dot on Show Hidden Files & Folders
