Henceforth GREATLY increasing the cost to NASA'S budget (most likely multiple billions more), therefore making the tax payers (you) pay more. Sounds neat, but once it's put that way, doesn't sound too cool does it. I don't give a crap though, seeing as how I'm not an American and just find all of your American space squanderings quite entertaining and enjoyable
