the first one looks awesome, and its cheaper than the official ps2 one..
i have the second one shown, and its pretty good, and the fact it only has one headphone is good that you can hear other things if you need, but its mono sound.
the first one has 2 speakers, meaning stereo.. and stereo is always more w00t than mono...
but since im poor/cheap, im sticking with the second..
