They still do that, but not as badly, they'll either say more or the speech animation will run for less time. The game itself is far superior to JBI, most noticably in the Story mode. Instead of just having a handful of choices the Story mode now plays out for a two year season, and has set storylines playing out with you at the centre.
The game really improves on weapon abilities too, each weapon now has a 'grapple' move. So if you have a chair and try to grab your opponent you'll drop the chair to the floor and DDT the guy/gal onto it, with a table you'll automatically set them up on the table and things like that. Tables and ladders can also be set up against the turnbuckle so you can irish whip an opponent straight into it.
Shut Your Mouth is definitely an improvement on Just Bring It, though as Dillon pointed out it doesn't have the Bra & Panties match. Only Here Comes the Pain is blessed with that...
