Right now I am just watching videos for tai chi quan and emulating what I see over and over. Since I was in Tae-Kwon-Do I am good at learning form and remembering it.
I've been doing that for about 2 months now, and my balance has increased tons. I've been messin' around with drunken kung fu for about 2 years.
I just like how Tai Chi is about exerting the minimum amount of energy possible....
