i'm not sure about ps2 controllers, the newest ps2 wheels are compatible though.
for a good pad for pc i would suggest the logitech wingman cordless rumble pad:

ive had noumerous gamepads for pc (specialy for games like GTA vice city etc, but this one is by far the best, especialy with XP.
