I can tell you that it is entirely possible, and often easy, to beat the game without having the Break HP Limit activated.
If you really want to find the remaining Wings, check
www.gamefaqs.com, and they should have the relevant information. You can also look up the Tonberry Lvl Up trick, which allows you to gain about 50 sphere levels in about 3 minutes.
