It is lame that xbox have no format option like PS3 have. So you must buy the 20gb HDD for a lot more money then any 3rd party hdd cost way less then that. I swopped my PS3 drive with (60gb to 250gb) ease, I have external hdd that i did a backup of the old hard drive, installed the new one. Turned on PS3 and was asked to format the new hdd to make it work with the PS3. When format complete I went and just restored the data from old hard drive on to the new one, nothing changed just more space for me.

So a more user friendly hard drive with the x360 would be nice and not forced to buy what microsoft put in their Xbox 360 brand.
