Umm...uninstall Warhawk, than reinstall. That should trigger the patch.
This is what happened to me when I accidentally downloaded v1.1 before it was officially available. There were no ranked games and nothing was fixed. So Dylan Jobe (Warhawk Game Director) said to uninstall it and re-install it, and wait for them to finish the patch.
Maybe you did what I did but forgot about it...?
