Well to add a little perspective to it (although I admit it may have no bearing on it) my pc videocard x1900XT, idle, usually runs at 52 Celsius, which is 125 Fahrenheit, with a higher efficiency cooler than it came with, and when I play games, it gets usually up to about 158-176F, and when I ran an auto-overclocking utility, it ran up to 206F, which I admit scared me and I canceled the effort.

Point is, it may be capable of handling that amount of heat. It could be the heat transfering to the shell, which may be a good thing, it may spread heat, where as other devices might not hold heat so well in their casing. I know my PS2 even gets very hot, as well as my laptop and etc, the laptop being used primarily for Adobe stuff and internet.

Don't let that stop you from being concerned and calling and seeking answers though, but I figure it's something to help you worry a little less, it might be almost normal, if a little high.

Edit: Additionally, at some points when I ran games using the cards original fan which turbo boosted the exhaust out the back of the case, the air itself was hot enough, just putting my hand in the stream was enough to hurt. Still ran fine though. Was a cause for question though.
