Also, the fact that the 360's CPU is 2 years old does not make it dated (by console standards). It just makes it less advanced (and less specialized) than a 1 year old CPU. It doesn't make me sound like anything, when it's the truth. I've spoken to more than one developer on the subject, and they all agree that the GPUs between the 360 and PS3 are nearly identical, but the PS3 outperforms the X360 because of the CPU. A number of high-profile devs told me that the CELL is about 50-60% stronger than Xenon at its full potential.
