So the Blazers have announced that they made their decision, although they won't make it public until they announce their choice at the draft tonight. Personally, I think they're going for Durant. I've been hearing more good about him lately, and at the same time I've been hearing more questioning of Oden lately.

Read an article stating the Lakers (and a few other teams) have made an offer to the so-called best point guard in the Euro-league. Interesting...

For a while there, I was afraid KG was going to Phoenix (that would have been bad for the Lakers and all other teams in the Pacific Division), but it looks like that one's down the drain.

I suspect the Lakers are going to have a bad year next year. In part due to the lack of finding other good players, and in part due to Kobe's early-summer rage against the quality of the team. Really, the reason they did so poorly against the Suns in the first round this year was a lack of good team chemistry (for some unknown reason). This has certainly not helped that situation out at all. It'll be ugly next year. I'm already dreading it.
