I can afford hd tv and I could prove that with pay stubs.
I cant see any difference in high def and regular tv.Is'nt that the whole point? Getting what you pay for? If you cant tell the difference why pay extra?
are you mad cuase you wasted your money on a hd player or something?
And no there is nothing wrong with my eyes either.. I have 18/20 vision.
Stop advancing in tech?
As far as I am aware the new shit that these componies come out with is garbage. They are designed to fail. My vcr is 15 years old still works. I bought a dvd player for 140 bucks lasted one year. My 2001 saturn had to have the transmission replaced after 65,000 miles. From what I can see we are downgrading in quality. I am not against advansment in tech. As long as there is a need for it. I have a gps unit I use for work its great tech. But how the hell is paying 5-10 times more for something that is not any better a advancment in technology? I think something lie 20-30% of people with HD tv's are not getting hd and not even aware of it. Proving you cant tell the difference.

"And about one half of those viewers - about six million - don't even realize they're not watching HDTV. "

Those 6 million people are tools. That confirms part of my first post.
"People who say they can see a difference are only seeing what that big price tag is telling them to see."
