First of all, it depends on what's in those content packs. If it's a couple of costume changes, nobody will care in the slightest. If it's all new missions or something, that's a bigger deal. Secondly, I have doubts the Network won't see ANY downloadable GTA IV content for a year. It may not get THAT content, specifically, but who's to say the Network doesn't get their own content?

As I understand this, that specific content (those 2 packs, for which Microsoft paid for) are timed exclusives. That does NOT mean Rockstar/Take-Two can't produce other content for the Network. I don't think people are fully grasping this; the agreement makes no mention of forbidding the publisher to release extra downloadable content for the PlayStation Store. These guys want to make both versions of this game as popular as possible, because it's all about money. Shooting themselves in the foot by denying the PS3 version any Store content makes zero business sense.

That's just my take.
