Like you Arnold, I got a Sandisk 256mb the day I got my PSP a week after launch. But I ended up getting a 1gb Sandisk a few weeks back just because it was cheap ($25, not as low as yours but its still good).
I don't see myself going higher for the PSP, I don't think I'd make use of even 512mb of it..

More importantly for me is getting some more Compact Flash cards for my camera.. I have a 2gb Lexar 133x Wa and I love it, I need to get another or two soon.
