I have just bought this Panasonic HDTV (TX26LXD70)

I knew it wasnt a 1080p TV but when I just loaded up my PS3 and went through the settings of it etc....
I did it on AUTO and it said something along the lines of your TV can support the following: -
546p (I think)
720p
1080i
1080p!?!?
When I was on the PS3 media bar it flashed in the top left that the setting was WIDE and 1080p
I loaded up Resistance and it automatically went to 720p
When I exited the game it flashed up in the top left saying 1080p
I put Casion Royale in on Blu-Ray and for a split second it went to 1080i but then when it went on the trailers and main menu it went back to 1080p.... lol
As ive said before I dont know much about this HDTV bumpf lol
On panasonics website it mentions 1080p processing chip? Do you think this has something to do with it?
