shite.. thats bad!

so you forwarded to India to the M$ support centre? where is the suppot centre based? I have no problem where these places are, what pisses me off is tha none of these guys are actual engineers, they just trouble shoot.

and i would say that 90% here can trouble shoot just fine, what you need is an engineer that knows the real in's and out's of your console in order to think of somethig you havent.

i cant imagine Sony is any better, but I havent ever used their support line.. do they even have one?

still.. if someone makes a console, it really shouldnt matter how many days, months or years it is after purchase, if theres a fault with the machine ..then they should repair free of charge ASAP.
